There are currently fourteen(14) condos available. Each one has a distinct character from the other. Each apartment unit has one air-conditioned bedroom, a kitchen- cum- living room. The eat-in kitchens are equipped with a a compact refrigerator, gas stove, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, dish drainers, and the dining table with chairs. The bedrooms normally have one queen-sized bed or two single beds. They contain cable TV and a telephone. The living rooms are airy and have ceiling fans. The Newgrange is fully serviced where the units are cleaned regularly and the beddings changed once or twice a week. We want you to have a pleasant stay, so we have furnished each unit with amenities that would make you feel like you never left home!

Amenities of the Resort / Surrounding Community

Catholic churches , fitness center, restaurants, comedy bars just walking distance away. If you want to go to the malls, the newly opened Trinoma Robinson Mall and the SM City North are just one jeepney ride away. For those who want to go to the wet markets, the Kamuning Market, the Nepa-Q and the Cubao Farmer's Market are on the same jeepney line, but go to the other direction.
