Casatina (formerly Casa Clementina) has fully furnished apartments in a busy downtown area. It is located along Timog Avenue, a choice location for people living in Quezon City with guests from abroad or out-of-town.

The Casatina offers comfortable and gracious living with air-conditioned bedrooms and separate living rooms for visitors and guests. Each unit includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen for those who prefer to cook their own meals, or prefer the privacy of eating-in meals bought from neighboring restaurants.

The Casatina has become known for its seven (7) roomy apartments, three on the ground floor and four on the second floor. Each of them is 60 square meters large. The Ground Floor units are specially favored by senior citizens and convalescent patients of nearby hospitals.  Patients from St. Luke’s, Heart Center, Capitol Medical Center and delos Santos Hospital scramble for the ground floor units.. The Ground Floor Units –C, D and F – have a spare room for family relatives or staff to assist in caring for the patient. The Guests have their comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, and the accompanying staff is happy with his/her own quarters.  On the Second floor are the two-two bedroom apartments, and two single bedroom apartments.

Balikbayans like the central location of the Casatina for their relatives to visit them during their short visits. The living rooms are large enough to accommodate guests. However, occupancy limit rules are strictly imposed for the privacy and comfort of the balikbayan and the other guests at Casatina.

Casatina Living Room

Timog Avenue is well known for its wide range of restaurants and nightclubs along the avenue. Casatina is within the building complex of Shaolin Tea House, a popular Chinese dimsum restaurant in Metro-Manila known for its good food and affordable price. Also available in the area, are other restaurants offering Italian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Japanese cuisines as well as local and international fast-food chains – the choice is unlimited! Need cash? Different banking institutions including Citibank are located along Timog Avenue or Morato Street with ATM access for easy cash withdrawals. For those with other currencies, the money changers are not too far behind.

People hankering for nightlife will not be disappointed. Laffline, a standup comedy club is right next door, and the nightclubs – there are just too many to enumerate here!!

If you wish to go anywhere, there are many public jeepneys and taxis plying Timog Avenue twenty-four hours a day. The buses that go up North to Baguio and all the way down South to Batangas have their depots in Cubao, which is a stone’s throw away from Timog. The airport is just a taxi ride away, too.

Casatina Bedroom

Each apartment unit has air-conditioned bedroom(s), a kitchen and a living room. The eat-in kitchens are equipped with a fridge, a gas stove, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, dish drainers, and a dining table with chairs. The bedrooms normally have one queen-sized bed or two single beds. They have internet connection, cable TV and a telephone. The living rooms are airy and have ceiling fans. Casatina is a fully serviced apartment hotel where the units are cleaned regularly and the beddings changed frequently. Guest satisfaction is primary to the Managers, so each unit is furnished with amenities that would make people feel like you never left home!

The rate for the one-bedroom units is P2,000 per day for an occupancy of two people. Each additional bed costs P200 per day.   (Not all units can have additional beds.)The  two air conditioned bedroom units cost P3,000 per day. The family units on the ground floor with one air conditioned bedroom and one bedroom with fan go for P2,400 per day.
